Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she received her M.A. degree in 2021. She completed her legal education by studying at the Masaryk Institute of Higher Studies of the Czech Technical University, where in 2017 she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management in Industrial Enterprises.

She joined KAROLAS Legal in 2018 as a legal assistant, underwent the practice of a paralegal. Katka has been an attorney at law since 2024.

Kateřina focuses on legal advice in the field of public procurement and is particularly interested in:

• advising contracting authorities on the organisation of procurement procedures under the Public Procurement Act and advising suppliers on their participation in these procedures,
• advising on the representation of contracting authorities and suppliers in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in any subsequent court proceedings,
• advising on European subsidies, in particular in relation to the preparation and control of projects,
• drafting legal opinions.

Kateřina also acts as a lecturer in professional training in the field of public procurement.
